The 47th Annual EAIR Forum 2025 will take place at Utrecht University, in the Netherlands, from Wednesday, 27 August 2025, to Friday, 29 August 2025. 

The EAIR and Utrecht University hold the Annual EAIE Forum under the theme "Opennes: a Mission Challenged".
The deadline for submitting proposals in the conference tool is 17 February 2025.
