Why are some countries successful while others are less so?

The study explores why Erasmus+ adult learning mobilities are underrepresented in some countries, while others are better able to take advantage of the opportunities offered by this type of grant. The research is based on an online survey conducted in 12 countries, supplemented by in-depth case studies in five countries (France, Hungary, Portugal, Croatia and Slovakia).
